The minutes written down for a treatment, are the minutes I spend massaging you. Calculate an extra 30 minutes for changing, relaxation after the treatment, etc.

Transformational cupping
With a Transformational cupping massage we can achieve unbelievable and quick results. The glass cups will vaccum your skin, with this technique we can perform a more intense and deep massage. Adhesions, blockages, waste product, accumulations of fat and muscle knots are released. Oxygen-rich blood will be created and everything will start to flow again. The body gets rid of all its waste products. There is literaly more space in your body after the treatment, which feels amazing for the body as well as the soul.
Transformational cupping works on the connective tissues, which can be found everywhere in the body. Connective tissue wraps around and connects muscles, bones, organes and other structures. It is also connected to your mental state of being. We call the connective tissue the biggest sense organ of the body, where it it can store and generate stress or trauma. It signals as being part of the communication system for the nervous system. Transformational cupping can tell us more about how you feel overall. Relax
The name Relax says it all. It's a moment for you to relax your body and your mind. With soft to medium pressure the body will relax. Muscles will release tension and flowing movements stimulate the blood flow. During 60 or 90 minutes I have the time to massage the entire body. Ofcourse there is always room for you to note areas in which you prefer or prefer not to be massaged.

Zone
During a 45 minute massage I will focus on a certain area or areas of the body. Normally this massage will be performed or chosen by clients with specific complaints. It is necessary to look at the complaint and it's possible origin. Depending on the situation, we will decide together what our approach will be. Keep in mind that these massages will be more firm handed to get to the source of the complaint.
This massage can also be chosen when you simply prefer to be massaged in a certain area.
